Welcome to Campus Housing!

Welcome to Wright State University! Below you will find a snapshot of information about our campus housing.

* Note that each team must have 2 adults stay in campus housing with the teams *

* Dorm assignments will be made after April 30 and information emailed to the Coach or designated contact person *

* It is the responsibility of each team to acquire your team's transportation to and from the airport

 

Campus Housing Options

Hamilton, Honors and the Woods ALL have air conditioning, wireless internet, microwaves and refrigerators in each room!

Dorm Amenities

Rates

  • Room Rates
    • One flat rate for housing Wednesday 1pm to Monday 9am
    • $60 per person 
  • Linen Rates
    • $15 per person
    • Linen packets consist of 1 pillow, 1 blanket, 2 sheets, 1 pillow case, 2 wash cloths, 2 towels
    • Linen will be placed at the foot of each bed in your assigned room

Check-In Information

Housing Check-in will take place at your assigned Dorm area

LATE ARRIVALS

Arriving outside the posted check-in times just let us know and we will setup a special time. If your team arrives late due to travel problems we will have 24 cell phone numbers posted at the check-in centers.

  • Buses will be able to park in "The Pit" of the Woods Community, located behind Pine Hall (MAP)

  • Information will be posted in each check-in area with phone numbers to call for a staff member to check you in

Shuttle Schedule (To and From Dorms and Nutter Center)

  • PICK UP POINTS FROM THE DORMS TO THE NUTTER CENTER WILL BE GIVEN TO YOU IN YOUR DORM CHECK-IN PACKET

    • Shuttles will run to and from the dorms and Nutter Center at the times listed below:
      • Friday, May 17
        • Shuttles to the Barbeque and Opening (From Dorms to Nutter Center)
          • 2:30 pm - 6:00 pm
        • Shuttles after Opening Ceremony (From Nutter Center to Dorms)
          • 7:30 pm - 10:00 pm (Departing from Gate 3 at the Nutter Center)
      • Saturday, May 18
        • Shuttles to Awards Banquet and Awards (From Dorms to Nutter Center)
          • 4:30 pm - 7:30 pm
        • Shuttles after Awards (From Nutter Center to Dorms)
          • 9:00 pm - 10:30 pm (Departing from Gate 3 at the Nutter Center)
