Travis Loveday
Hi everyone! My name is Travis Loveday, and I am the Community Director for University Park and The Village apartments. I am originally from Sevierville, Tennessee, but I feel like I am an honorary Ohioan since there seemed to be a million people from Ohio on vacation in East Tennessee every summer.
I attended college at Carson-Newman a small, liberal arts college in Jefferson City, TN where I studied history and education in grades 7-12. While I went to C-N I served as a Resident Assistant for two and a half years and spent time in traditional residence halls and the on-campus apartments. After graduation I decided that I wanted to pursue a career in Student Affairs and was hired on at Carson-Newman to be the Residence Life Coordinator of the Campus Apartments. I worked at C-N for two years and started at Wright State in 2008.
I encourage each of you to be involved in campus activities and organizations. My staff and I are here to help you get the most out of your college experience, so if there is anything we can do to help you or our community, please let us know.
