Why did you choose to be an RA?
I chose to be an RA for a few simple reasons. I had an awesome RA my first year and she was a great resource and role model for me; I want to provide that for others. I’ve always enjoyed working with people; this job gives me the opportunity to work with a multitude of people and have a positive impact on them. And to top it all off living rent free isn’t too bad! =)
What is your favorite thing about living on campus at WSU?
One of my favorite parts about living on campus is the sense of community. I’m proud to be a Wright State Raider and regardless of which on-campus community that I’ve lived in I always felt safe, comfortable and truly at home. It is also extremely convenient to live in such close proximity to everything on campus.

My name is Ryan and I’ll be your RA for the year! I’m a senior education major from Strongsville, Ohio (just south of Cleveland). This will be my third year as an RA, I work on campus as a developmental math proctor and I have been a TA for a few classes in the past. I enjoy sports, camping and hiking, reading and music.
