Grant Opportunities for Faculty Teaching Multicultural Courses

Monday, February 24, 2:00 pm to 3:30 pm, in 023 Dunbar Library.

Led by Kimberly Barrett, Ph.D., Vice President, Multicultural Affairs and Community Engagement; Shreya Bhandari, Ph.D., Assistant Professor, Social Work; Noeleen McIlvenna, Ph.D., Associate Professor, History.

Are you teaching a multicultural course? If so, there are two faculty development opportunities that may interest you. Two Teaching and Learning Circles (TLCs) will be sponsored by MACE during the summer A term. One involves the scholarship of teaching, while the other TLC focuses on course design or redevelopment. This workshop will describe the two TLCs, cover the use of funding attached to participation, and review how to apply.
