Responding Usefully to Student Writing—for GTAs

As a GTA, you may be asked to respond to writing assignments submitted in the classes you're assisting with. The first stack of papers can be daunting. Where do you start? How much time should you devote to each paper? What can you say that will help students improve? Come join us for a discussion of how to give really useful feedback quickly and consistently.
