Productive Writing without Stress: Lessons from Exemplars

Tuesday, July 9, 12:30 pm to 2:00 pm, in 339A Fawcett.

Led by Tamera Schneider, Ph.D., Professor, Psychology.

Want to have a productive summer? Have too many projects and not enough time? Who doesn't! During this workshop you'll learn expert tips to keep writing and enjoy a productive and satisfying career and personal life. We will discuss characteristics that distinguish exemplary faculty from those who are, well, less exemplary. You will learn tools and best practices that will help you become more productive. The ultimate goal is to increase the number of writing hours and overall success of academic writers. You may also meet others with the same goal of being productive. This workshop does NOT focus on peer review/critique of ideas or writing. We will end with a writing group that meets weekly to continue your success.
