What distinguishes exemplary faculty members from those who are, well... less exemplary? The book we'll discuss is based on experimental research and offers simple, practical information that scholars are often not taught. Though the title implies it is useful for only new faculty, that is a misnomer. Any faculty member who wants to write more could benefit from applying this information.
