Teaching and Learning Circle (TLC)—Professing to Learn: Creating Tenured Lives and Careers in the American Research University by Anna Neumann Book Group

Thursday, January 17, 3:30 pm to 5:00 pm, in 023 Dunbar Library.

Led by Amber Vlasnik, Director, Women's Center; Sarah Twill, Ph.D., Director, CTL.

This TLC is designed for post-tenure women faculty. Join us to explore redefining your career following the major accomplishment of tenure. Using Professing to Learn: Creating Tenured Lives and Careers in the American Research University, the group will discuss balancing research, teaching, and service obligations, as well as identifying and preparing for leadership opportunities. Designed to be responsive to the needs of the members of the group, the TLC's agenda will form more clearly after our first discussions. Please call x4522 to reserve your spot and make arrangements to receive your complimentary copy of the book or eBook. This TLC will meet January 17, February 21, March 21, and April 11.
